The Company has acquired a 162-unit apartment project with a recorded condominium map. The Company plans to redevelop the property and sell the condominiums to individual buyers. The project will be completed in four phases of 40 units or 41 units. Construction is well underway for the first two phases of the project.

Courtyard Scene. Many of the buildings in the project face a grassy area lined with tall trees. The courtyard provides quiet space for the residents, a meeting area that helps create a sense of community.

The giant cedar-lined courtyards are an attractive feature of the project. The awesome trees tower two to three times the height of the buildings. This is the west end of the courtyard where the sales office and model units will be located.
