VILLA SIENNA, LLC has acquired an 8.89 acre parcel of land in the City of La Quinta, California with an approved tentative subdivision map for 28 single-family homes. The basic goal of VILLA SIENNA, LLC is to complete the processing of the final subdivision map, construct onsite and offsite improvements as required by the map, construct 28 single-family homes, and sell the finished homes to individual buyers. G5 Enterprises, Inc., will serve as Manager and oversee the project. The construction project will bear the name SANTERRA or, on occasion, SANTERRA at La Quinta.
