In April 2005, Laurel Ridge, LLC acquired 18 acres with an approved tentative subdivision map for 24 single-family homes. The project is located in Lakeside, California (San Diego East County). The homes are priced from the low $600,000’s to the high $600,000’s. Principals of Manager invested 26% of the capital. Southwest Community Bank is the lender for $8,986,345 in construction financing. Anticipated total sales are in excess of $15,000,000.
