RIGGINS CO - GARAGE BAY DOOR EXPANSION

G5 was hired to expand an existing garage bay door opening from 16’x 18’ to 18x30’ which required the demolition of existing offices, rerouting/rebalancing duct work and HVAC equipment, demoing existing exterior cmu wall and steel bay door opening. This work was followed by framing out the expanded opening with new steel jambs and header as well as removing and replacing 6’x30' concrete apron.
