Garage Enclosure for Building CB-302 at JEBCFS-Little Creek

Demolition and removal of existing concrete slab approximately 10’x70’ and replaced with the forming and placement of a turned down slab, install 6 new bollards, install CMU columns and walls for enclosing the garage openings, framing and sheathing, steel fabrication for installing overhead doors, stucco finish to match adjacent finish, prime and paint interior walls and existing bollards, install new lighting modify fire alarm system and add new devices, remove and reinstall existing antenna after doors
are installed.
